LST has a robust 7 days induction program for every new joinee. During these 7 days they get to know about LST, learn about the Core Skills which empowers every LSTian with the knowledge of ways of working within LST, go through a detailed retail management program that provides insight into the world of retail for every LSTian, all of us in LST are retailers at heart and wrap it up with a session on understanding our culture and enabling effective team working with culturally diverse groups operating from various parts of the globe.
